ADFINET was incorporated in 1992 after being an in-house service for ADFITECH's Quality Control Service.  The ADFINET guides quickly became the choice for many mortgage companies' compliance departments.

In 1996, ADFINET's success in the mortgage industry led to the creation of electronic manuals and guides for several other private sector firms. 

Now, in 2000, ADFINET introduces the first FREE Mortgage Guides site available across the Internet to users throughout the world.  This site has been designed to offer Mortgage Guides, Tools and Information to those in the Mortgage Industry.
